From the Field to Systems Architecture

Prior to founding Orange Beacon Digital, John Loya operated a local towing and recovery company. Managing commercial dispatch, emergency response calls, and vehicle operations on California highways gave him a firsthand understanding of the operational pressures local trade owners endure.

Faced with the challenge of balancing field work with customer acquisition, John developed technical marketing systems, automated dispatch notifications, and streamlined invoicing workflows directly from his truck cab. That direct, trial-tested experience became the operational foundation for Orange Beacon Digital.

Education & Technical Background

John attended Navy technical training at Great Lakes in 1995, building a foundational discipline in systems troubleshooting, technical diagnostics, and rigorous process execution. He later pursued General Studies at San Diego City College from 2001 to 2003.

Over the past two decades, he has designed software workflows, explored custom application development, and applied modern entity-first data architecture to solve visibility and administrative bottlenecks for independent businesses.
